The trek passes through plenty of beautiful high altitude mountain lakes and provides stunning views of the whole Bhutanese Himalayan range as well as Kanjenjunga (3rd highest mountain of the world). Most of the 6 days trek are of short distances. Only the day-2 (Gur to Gur to Labatama) involves a long climbing.
Gynekha to Gur (Distance: 7 km, Duration: 5 hours, Camp altitude: 3,290 metres).
Gur to Labatama (Distance 12 km, 6 hours, 1,220 metres ascent, 110 metres descent, camp altitude 4,300 metres).
Sight seeing at Labatama. The day can spent visiting Reli Tsho, Hen Tsho and Jama Tsho.
Labatama to Panka (Distance: 8 km, Duration: 7 hours, Camp altitude 4,000 metres).
Panka to Talakha (Distance: 8 km, Duration: 6 hours, Camp altitude 3,080 metres).
Talakha to Chamgang (Distance: 6 km, Duration: 3 hours).
